How to Earn Points

Redeeming Your Points
Redeem your points for discounts on eligible purchases:
Conversion Rate: 10,000 points = 1 AED
Minimum Purchase: AED 600
Maximum Discount per Transaction: AED 200
Points can only be redeemed during checkout and cannot be exchanged for cash.
General Terms & Conditions
To ensure transparency and protect both our customers and our business, please note the following:
- Non-Monetary Value: Points earned through the UAE Junction Rewards Program have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or transferred. They are solely intended for use within the program as outlined above.
- Program Changes: UAE Junction reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Program, including point values, earning methods, redemption rules, and tier benefits, at any time without prior notice.
- No Liability: UAE Junction is not liable for any perceived loss or value associated with earned points. Participation in the program is voluntary and subject to these terms.
- Account Integrity: Points may be revoked in cases of misuse, fraud, or violation of our platform policies. Duplicate accounts or suspicious activity may result in disqualification.
- Expiration & Adjustments: Points may expire or be adjusted due to cancellations, refunds, or system updates. We reserve the right to correct point balances in case of technical errors or abuse.
By participating in the Rewards Program, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that the program is offered at the sole discretion of the UAE Junction.
